OUR TEAM
Graeme Eddie BEng (Hons) – Managing Director
For the last fifteen years, we have been supporting businesses across the Greater Manchester area. The work has grown from in-house support for an IFA, to supporting a whole variety of business types today through our base at the shop in Altrincham. Through word of mouth recommendations, the client base grew and grew.
One of our early clients was a dental practice in the centre of Manchester. Bespoke IT systems were installed and the specialist practise management software supported and their company liaised with. This was to be the first of many installations and ongoing computer systems support for dentists across the North West, including practices on the Wirral and as far north as Preston.
As well as dentists, the business types that we currently support are varied and include an international shipping company, accountants, solicitors and IFAs.
We’re extremely proud of how our client base has predominantly been built on personal recommendations: our clients know that they get a high level of service and benefit from having a personal contact; someone who cares about making sure that everything runs smoothly. And someone who is always contactable: we regularly take support calls on holiday, including our honeymoon! Although, the instances of this happening have reduced now that we have a team of staff based in the shop who are able to support our clients too.

Our team of in-house engineers have a wealth of knowledge of computer problems, both hardware and software related and aim to quickly diagnose the issue and find the best way to resolve it.
